Why does the DEEBOT get stuck while working and stop?
DEEBOT may be entangled with objects on the floor (like electrical cords, curtains, or carpet edges).
DEEBOT will attempt various methods to free itself. If it fails, please remove the obstacles manually and restart the device.
Why do the DEEBOT side brushes come loose during operation?
Ensure that the Side Brushes are securely clicked into place during installation.

DEEBOT might be out of range of your home Wi-Fi signal. (Ensure DEEBOT is within the Wi-Fi range.)
