• Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn't been shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, you can still return it using our easy return system for a full refund.
