At Voyage Collection Australia, customer satisfaction is fundamental. Our policy is designed for clarity and fairness, ensuring a straightforward process while upholding our commitment to quality service.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Note: Certain exceptions apply as outlined in section 6 below.
Initiating a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Approval & Instructions
We'll provide return authorization, a prepaid label if applicable, and detailed return instructions.
Ship Item Back
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit and ship to our return centre.
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt
- Email info@voyagecollectionsaustralia.com.au
- Include description and photos of product/packaging
We will promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the circumstances.
Return Costs
We provide a prepaid return label for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Customer covers return shipping. A restocking fee applies to the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or customisation reasons:

Refunds & Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
