Return & Refund Policy
At Voyage Collection Australia, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We are pleased to offer free returns for most items. However, please note that for returns without any fault or due to a change of mind, we may charge a restocking fee and return shipping fee for some items.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.
If the item is being returned due to defects, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees in advance. Please provide the shipping fee invoice for the return, and we will refund the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account. For non-defective items, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Please note that the shipping cost for ordering the wrong product is non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for various reasons, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of a specific item for return, please contact us.
Please note that returns for gift cards are not accepted.
To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
