Choosing the right size for your room
The diameter you choose has the biggest impact on how the piece feels in your space. As a general guide:

If you're between sizes, we recommend going one step larger — a chandelier that's slightly oversized always reads as more considered than one that looks lost in the room.

How long until it arrives?
Sizes 30 – 60 cm dispatch within 7 – 10 business days from order. Sizes 75 cm and 80 cm dispatch within 15 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to most Australian metro areas takes 3 – 5 days. We recommend booking your electrician at least 2 weeks after order placement for the smaller sizes, or 3 weeks for the larger ones.
Why does it take longer than other lighting orders?
We're upfront about this: this chandelier is shipped direct from our partner atelier, not held in our local warehouse. Two reasons we do it this way:
Each piece is hand-sculpted to your order. Because every chandelier is individually hand-formed (no two are exactly alike), we don't pre-stock every size and finish — they're made for you when you order. That hand-forming process is what gives the surface its soft, organic wabi-sabi texture rather than the sharp, identical look of mass-moulded pendants.
Direct-from-atelier means a fairer price. By skipping the local importer markup, we can offer this calibre of handcrafted lighting at roughly half what it would cost through a traditional Australian lighting showroom. The trade-off is the lead time — your piece is in the air shortly after you order it, not sitting in a Sydney warehouse waiting to be sold at 2× the price.

Where does it ship from?
Direct from our partner atelier overseas, via tracked airfreight. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it dispatches, and we monitor every order through to your door. Customs and import duties are fully paid by us — there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.
Do I need an electrician to install this?
Yes. Like all hard-wired ceiling fixtures, it must be installed by a licensed Australian electrician. Allow approximately 30 – 45 minutes for installation. Please book your electrician for at least 2 weeks after order placement (3 weeks for the 75/80 cm sizes) so the chandelier arrives before your appointment.
Does it come with a bulb?
Yes — an E27 LED bulb is included. You can also use any standard E27 bulb if you'd prefer a different colour temperature. We recommend a warm white (2700 – 3000K) bulb to complement the wabi-sabi cream finish.
Can I get a longer cord for my high ceiling?
Yes. The standard cord is 150 cm. We can supply longer cords at no extra charge — please note your required length in the order comments, or call us on 1300 768 603 before ordering.
Is it dimmable?
No. The fixture is wired for non-dimmable LED bulbs. If you require dimmability, please contact our team to discuss alternative options in our chandelier collection.
What if it arrives damaged?
Each chandelier is carefully packed in protective foam and a heavy-duty box. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll dispatch a replacement at no charge. Our team is based in Australia and replies within 1 business day.
How is the warranty handled?
3 years against manufacturer defects, with Australian-based after-sales support. Just call 1300 768 603 or email us — we'll handle it directly without needing you to ship anything overseas.
Will the actual piece look exactly like the photos?
The form, colour, and size will match — but because each piece is hand-sculpted, there will be subtle variations in the surface texture. This is the defining feature of wabi-sabi craftsmanship. No two pieces are identical.
