Gloss on four sides, not just the front
Most gloss bedside tables are gloss where you look and matte where you do not. This one is finished on the top, the front and both sides, so it holds its reflection from any angle in the room. Against a dark wall it reads as deep and solid; against a light one it lifts and bounces the lamplight.
The widest of the three
At 59cm across, the top takes a lamp, a phone on charge, a glass of water and a stack of books without anything balancing on the edge. If you read in bed and your bedside ends up as a small desk, this is the one that copes.
Drawers that come all the way out
Both drawers sit on smooth-finished steel slide rails and are fully removable, which makes them straightforward to empty and clean properly rather than fishing about at the back. The rails are finished rather than raw-edged, so assembly does not involve sharp metal.

Gloss surfaces do mark more readily than matte. A dry microfibre cloth clears them in seconds, and the four-sided finish means you are wiping the same surface everywhere rather than switching between textures.
Is it bigger than a standard bedside table?Yes - 59cm wide against a more typical 40cm. Measure your gap before ordering, particularly if the bed sits close to a wall or wardrobe.
Can the drawers be taken out?Fully, which makes cleaning or moving the unit far easier.
How hard is assembly?Flat-packed with pre-drilled holes and all hardware supplied. Around half an hour with a Phillips screwdriver. At 17kg it is easier with a second pair of hands to stand it upright.
