This indicates a low battery level. Recharge using the included USB cable; ensure the charger outputs 5V-1A. Avoid using fast chargers.

Issue: Batteries drain quickly.

Only recharge with the provided cable and verify the charger does not exceed 5V-1A. Using incompatible chargers may harm the device. We recommend against using other AAA batteries to power the scale, as it could affect accuracy.

Issue: LCD turns blue or blank.

Recharge your device with the supplied cable and keep the charger within the 5V-1A limit to prevent damage to the circuit.

Issue: Inaccurate or fluctuating readings.

Keep the scale dry—contact with water can impair functionality, as it’s not water-resistant.

Issue: Surface scratches.

The top has protective films which should be peeled off, revealing the pristine surface beneath. Any scratches are typically on the film layer rather than the actual scale.
