To seal a regular mouth Mason jar: upon opening the package, you'll find a complete regular mouth sealer. Align it with the jar’s mouth and press down firmly. Press the button to start the sealing process, wait for about 20 seconds or more, then press the button again to stop. Remove the sealer, and the lid will be firmly attached.
For sealing wide mouth Mason jars: locate the red arrow on the device. Below the regular mouth adapter, turn the screw counterclockwise until the arrow indicates 'unlock,' then remove the regular mouth adapter to reveal the wide mouth sealer. The sealing procedure is the same as with the regular mouth model.
