UPF50+ is the highest rating Australian fabric gets. The canopy blocks the overwhelming majority of UV, which is the actual job a beach umbrella is there to do.
An exclusive print, not a stock pattern
Peony Daze is Folke's own design — a vintage-feeling floral in blush, coral and warm sand tones. It is not a print you will see on a rack at a department store.
Fade and water resistant
Salt, sun and the occasional soaking are what kill beach umbrellas. This fabric is treated to resist both fading and water.
100% cotton fringing
Real cotton tassels around the scalloped edge, not synthetic trim. It is the detail that makes the umbrella photograph the way it does.

The fabric is treated to be fade resistant. As with any outdoor fabric, storing it in its bag out of direct sun between uses will extend its life.
