The quality of linen fabric is assessed by weight rather than thread count; our fabric is medium weight at 170g per square meter.
It is typical for natural linen to shrink approximately 4% -5% after the first wash, which is why our linen products are tailored with this in mind. New linens should be washed prior to use.
