You can select between Tasmanian Oak or Pine Wood.
(1) Tasmanian Oak is a premium Australian hardwood sourced from Tasmania's mountainous regions. The wood exhibits a range of colours from reddish-brown to shades of cream and pink. Please note that we do not guarantee colour matching with other furniture, floorboards, or doors, as the wood's appearance can vary significantly. You may order it in raw form and stain it to your desired colour later. This wood is notably heavy.
(2) Pine wood (Radiata Pine) is a softwood native to California but widely cultivated in Australia and New Zealand. It features a fine texture, though uneven knots are common. The timber is relatively soft and has a low density.

You can choose from the following finishes:
1. Raw Wood - The item will be sanded and cleaned, but no protective coating (oil or varnish) will be applied. This option is suitable if the product will not be exposed to moisture or if you plan to finish it yourself.
2. Clear Varnish - This finish is designed to showcase the natural tones and grains of the Tasmanian Oak wood while providing a protective layer.
🔘 M O U N T I N G
1. For optimal security, we recommend attaching a screw into a stud (the wooden framework behind drywall). The Tasmanian Oak shelf is quite heavy (the 60cm version weighs 3kg).
2. If a stud is unavailable, you can use the self-drilling plasterboard anchors and screws we provide. We cannot be held responsible for fastening failures due to plasterboard or improper installation.
3. For brick or cement walls, please select the appropriate hardware from the dropdown menu.
4. Given the weight of the shelf, if you have a plasterboard wall, it is advisable to procure your own screws and anchors suitable for your wall type. Consult your builder for guidance.
Detailed instructions will accompany your order.
Keep in mind that the shelf, when loaded with wine bottles and glasses, will be heavy (especially with Tasmanian Oak), so securing it to a stud or solid wall, or using a strong anchor for plasterboard, is recommended.
