Bend it, and it stays bent
The 5.5 metre cable is semi-rigid. Bend a hook into the end and it keeps it, which makes it easier to steer around corners and hold steady while you look. It's listed as waterproof, so pipes and damp spaces are fair game.
Your phone is the screen
The camera plugs into a small WiFi box that streams live video to your phone. There's no separate screen to carry. The photos show it with an iPhone, and a quick guide to connecting comes in the box.
1080P with adjustable LEDs
A 2MP camera records 1080P at 30 frames per second. LEDs around the lens light the dark, and a control on the WiFi box sets their brightness, so you can cut glare off shiny metal or water.
5.5mm lens, three screw-on tools
The lens is 5.5mm across, or 6.2mm with its protective cap. Take the cap off for gaps under about 5.6mm. A hook, a magnet and a side-view mirror screw onto the head, for fishing out loose items, picking up screws and looking around corners.
The bolt that fell into the engine bay
You're changing a part on a Sunday arvo and a bolt drops somewhere below the manifold. Feed the cable in, watch on your phone, find it sitting on a ledge, screw on the magnet tip and lift it out. No pulling half the engine apart, and no trip to the hardware for a replacement.
Pocket-sized control box
The WiFi box is about 58 x 24 x 16mm, with a power switch, the LED control and a 5V DC input for charging. Overcharge protection is built into the board. Use it for car work, air-conditioners, pipes, appliance repairs and checking a wall cavity before you drill.
