Delivery & Returns
Check your model before you order. This is made to replace the remote on the walking pads listed below. If your model is not on that list, message us first and we will check it for you rather than have you buy the wrong thing.
Lost the remote for your walking pad, or the buttons have stopped responding? This is a straight replacement — no pairing, no app, no setup. Put two AAA batteries in and it works.
Sperax XM-Q1 under-desk treadmill, and the CURSOR Fitness Smug T1, C1, S1, M55, Q2, Q2-1 and S2-1 walking pads.
If your walking pad is a different model, or you are not sure, send us the model number off the label on the underside of the unit and we will tell you before you order whether this one will work. We would rather answer that question than take the money.
It talks to the pad over infrared, the same as the original, so there is nothing to set up. Insert two AAA batteries and it is ready. Range is about 8 metres, which is far more than you need from a desk.
Walking pad remotes take two AAA batteries and they are almost never supplied in the box, so a remote that has gone dead is very often just flat. It is worth putting a fresh pair in and checking the battery contacts are not corroded before you buy a new one. If that fixes it, you have saved yourself the money.

Is this a genuine Sperax remote?
No. It is made by PZL as a replacement, and it is sold on the basis that it works with the models listed above. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
Will it work with my pad if the model is not listed?
Possibly, as many walking pads in this class share the same infrared commands, but we are not going to promise it. Send us your model number and we will check first.
Do I need the app as well?
No. The remote works on its own. On most pads the app and the panel on the unit keep working regardless, so the remote is about convenience rather than being the only way in.
