What’s in the box & setup
Every order includes the fixture pre-assembled, all required mounting hardware, and an instruction sheet. Installation should be done by a licensed electrician in line with Australian wiring standards.
- Turn off the circuit at the breaker before starting. Confirm with a tester.
- Mount the canopy to the existing ceiling junction box using the supplied bracket and screws.
- Connect the wires — live to live, neutral to neutral, earth to earth.
- Insert your G9 bulbs into the six sockets (bulbs sold separately).
- Rotate the arms to your preferred angle, restore power, and test.

Are bulbs included?
No — the fixture is supplied without bulbs. It takes 6 × G9 (max 40W each). G9 LED in warm white (2700–3000K) gives the closest match to the lifestyle imagery and runs cool enough for long sessions.
Is this a flush mount or semi-flush?
Semi-flush — it sits about 18 cm proud of the ceiling on a short rod, so the cubes are visible from the sides as well as below. Different from a true flush mount (no gap) and from a pendant (long drop).
Can the arms really be adjusted?
Yes — each of the six arms has a 180° rotation joint at the base. You can fan them out for a wider footprint, tighten them in for a denser cluster, or angle individual cubes toward a specific area.
Is the crystal real or acrylic?
Real K9 crystal, hand-cut and polished. K9 is a higher-grade optical crystal than standard glass — clearer, denser, and refracts light more cleanly. Not acrylic, not resin, not pressed glass.
Is it bathroom-safe?
Suitable for bathrooms when installed outside the immediate shower zone and wired in accordance with Australian wiring standards (AS/NZS 3000). Your electrician will advise on placement zones if you’re unsure.
Will it work with my dimmer?
The fixture itself is dimmable — whether it dims smoothly depends on the bulbs and the dimmer. For consistent dimming, pair with dimmable G9 LEDs and a trailing-edge dimmer.
