Battery not included - what should I use?
Any 5V USB-A power bank will work. We recommend 10000mAh or higher for a full day of warmth. Most smartphone power banks already in your kit will do the job.
Are they machine washable?
Yes - disconnect the battery, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, hang to dry. Carbon-fibre heating elements are designed to survive repeated washes.
Run time per battery charge?
10000mAh: ~3hrs high, ~5hrs medium, ~8hrs low. 20000mAh: roughly double these numbers.
Safe to wear all day?
Yes - low-voltage (5V USB) with built-in temperature limiters. Cannot overheat. Meets international low-voltage safety standards.
Sizing run true to size?
Generally yes. If between sizes, size up - the fleece lining adds slight bulk, and you may want room to wear them over thermals on the coldest days. Refer to the size guide image.
