The heating system is USB-powered and works with any 5V/2A power bank. We recommend a 10,000 mAh battery (sold separately at the checkout add-on) for 8-12 hours of warmth on medium.

Can I wash the jacket?

Yes. Disconnect the battery, zip the inner cable pocket closed, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble low. The carbon-fibre heating panels are sealed and durable.

How quickly does it heat up?

Heat reaches your skin in 5-10 seconds on High, 30 seconds on Medium. The chest-button LED confirms the active zone.

Will it work on rainy days?

The outer shell is wind- and water-resistant - fine for drizzle, light rain and morning frost. It is not fully waterproof for sustained downpours.
